Flexible New Deal (FND) is the new employment programme that offers innovative help and support to jobseekers to overcome their specific barriers and gain employment. FND will build on the success of the various existing New Deals for jobseekers it replaces, which, since their introduction in 1998, have helped more than 1.7 million people into work, thereby helping to underpin the Government’s objectives for full employment and eradicating child poverty. |
